How to register an account on merXu?
Step 1: Click on the 'Register' button. Choose the appropriate country from the options provided.
- Locate the 'Register' button in the top right corner of the merXu website.
- Click on the button to proceed to the registration form.
Step 2: Select your country
- On the registration form, you will find a field to select the country in which your company is registered.
- Choose the appropriate country from the options provided.
Step 3: Complete the registration form
- Fill in all the required fields on the registration form.
- Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, so make sure to provide accurate information.
Step 4: Indicate your buyer/seller status
- In the registration form, you will be asked to indicate whether you are a buyer or a seller, or both.
- Select the option that applies to your company.
Step 5: Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Read through the Terms and Conditions carefully.
- If you agree to the terms, check the box indicating your acceptance.
Step 6: Proceed to the verification process
- After submitting the registration form, you will be redirected to the verification process, which is facilitated by merXu's external partner.
- This step is mandatory for starting to sell on merXu.
Step 7: Complete your company details
- Follow the instructions provided to complete your company details in the verification process.
- Choose the language you use for communication.
Step 8: Fill in company and personal details
- Provide accurate information for each field regarding your company details and personal details.
- Make sure to double-check the information for accuracy.
Step 9: Verify your bank account
- To receive payouts, you will need to have a verified bank account.
- The bank account holder's name must match your company name.
- You have two options for verification: via mobile bank app or bank website, or by providing account details and uploading a scan of a bank statement.
Step 10: Submit documents and proceed to review
- Follow the instructions to submit the required documents for verification.
- Once submitted, proceed to the review and approval stage.
Step 11: Refresh the page for verification status
- After the review process, refresh the page to check the verification status. This may take a while.
- If all fields are marked with a green "Verified," it means that the registration and online payment onboarding process has been successfully completed.
