How to sell a product on merXu?

Step 1 - Set the Transaction currency and mark whether it is an intra-Community supply of goods or not.

When you receive a quote request from the Buyer in the "My merXu > Messages" tab, set the appropriate transaction currency.

Step 2 - Add Products from the Catalog, If Needed:

Add your products to make the offer complete.

Step 3 - Verify the Correctness of Price and VAT Rate:

Ensure that the product price and VAT rate are correctly set to avoid misunderstandings. If you want to charge the buyer a price with 0% VAT, you can use the "Intra-Community Delivery" option and select "YES."

Step 4 - Wait for the Buyer to Add a Delivery Address:

For the offer to be sent to the buyer, they should fill in the delivery address (on the right side of the chat). We will notify you in the chat when this happens. If it takes longer than expected, encourage the buyer to complete this information.

Step 5 - Set the Shipping Price or Use merXu Shipping Assistant:

Choose the appropriate delivery option: set the shipping price or use merXu Shipping Assistant. If you use the assistant but the merXu quote is too high, and you decide to use your own transport, cancel the assistant's request and set your price and VAT rate.

Step 6 - Double-Check Data Accuracy and Send the Offer to the Buyer:

Before final confirmation, ensure that all data is correct, and then send the offer to the buyer (use the "Send the offer" button).

Step 7 - Wait for Purchase Confirmation and Check Payment Status:

After sending the offer, wait for the purchase confirmation and monitor the payment status.

Step 8 - Send the Goods. Delivery details can be found in the order summary:

After purchase confirmation, send the purchased goods. All necessary contact details for delivery can be found in the order summary.
