How to pay for the products?

You have the option to pay for the ordered products using one of the following payment methods:

  • Online transfer
  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment
  • merXu Pay

Mer Xu Payments

  1. Online transfer: Upon selecting the 'Online transfer' option, the next step displays a list of cooperating banks. From this list, you can choose your bank, and upon clicking the 'Pay' button, you will be automatically redirected to your selected bank's website.

You will need to log in to your bank account and complete the transfer. Subsequently, you will be redirected back to the payment status page on merXu, where you can verify if your payment was successfully initiated.

  1. Bank transfer: Upon selecting the 'Bank transfer' option, you will be directed to the order summary page. Here, you can view transfer information and invoice details provided by the seller, enabling you to complete the transfer independently.

  2. Card payment: If you choose the 'Credit card' option, the subsequent step presents a form for entering your card details. You can input your card number, expiry date, and security code before clicking the 'Pay' button.

Please note that if your card includes additional 3DSecure protection, you will also need to confirm the payment on your bank's side (via SMS security code, in-app confirmation, etc.).

  1. merXu Pay: MerXu Pay constitutes a type of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) functionality that is popular in e-commerce. It allows buyers to purchase goods without making the full payment upfront, instead deferring payment for 30 days. Conversely, your company receives the due payment in advance from the Deferred Payment Provider, namely merXu.
