How do I add a "Ready to ship" label to a product?

By offering products available for immediate shipment, you will attract a larger group of potential customers to your assortment, which will allow you to sell faster and reduce the costs associated with longer storage.

The label “Ready to ship” is marked on merXu for offers that:

  1. are sent via a file, product feed, API integration or BaseLinker and contain information about availability
  2. are uploaded manually by the merXu dashboard and are marked as “In stock”

To mark items as ready to ship, log into your merXu account and go to My merXu > Product Catalog.

In the "Send CSV or XML file" section, click the "Upload file" button. In the next window, select the appropriate format and upload a bulk file with information about the availability of products.

If you add products manually, in the "Fill in the form" section, click the "Add product" button. In the Stock field, select "In stock" if the product is ready for shipment.

If you have already issued active listings on merxu and have a "Premium" or "Enterprise" subscription package, to set the visibility of the in stock availability of individual products you should:
1. export the listings file
2. add a column named "in_stock".
3. enter values for in-stock or out-of-stock products accordingly:
"1" - the product is in stock and can be shipped
"0" - the product is not in stock, but can be ordered. Products with an in_stock=1 value will be marked as "in stock" on the offer and statement page.

Current sellers with active offers , who have the subscription package "Standard" stock status change can be done manually in each offer. Changing the in-stock status of a product using a file is possible after upgrading the subscription package to "Premium" or "Enterprise".
