Communication with buyers
You can communicate with your customers from different places on merXu.
Messages
You can find all messages with your customers in your Account Panel by clicking on My merXu > Messages or by clicking HERE.
Here you will find all messages divided into All, New, Need Reply, Replied and Closed.
Messages that require your answer are marked with a red flag.
! Remember to check your messages panel as often as possible give prompt reply to buyers’ inquiries. You will then increase the chance of order finalizing and you will ensure a positive image of your company.
Contacts
Under My merXu > Contacts you will find the companies with which you have been in contact so far, placed an order, or another company has placed an order with you. You can check your order history, start or continue correspondence with a Contractor. By clicking on the asterisk next to a company, you will add it to your favourites. You will find all your favorite contacts in the "Favourites" tab.
You can add a TAG to each contact describing the company if, for example, you want to distinguish the company from others because it places an average number of orders with you. In this case, create an appropriate TAG by entering the desired company and clicking on the Manage tags button
Create a Tag by adding any description and color
From the "Contacts" tab, you can add contacts by selecting companies already on merXu or outside of merXu.
Orders
In this tab you will find all requests for quotations. From the level of each offer you can contact a Contractor by clicking on the option Start chat.
