To place a shipping quote order, use the "Use Shipping Assistant" button.

If the buyer has not provided a delivery address, you will see a message:

When the buyer enters the delivery address you will receive a notification and the order status will change. 

Confirm the value of the ordered goods by clicking the “Confirm” button.

Once approved, the Shipping Assistant form will appear.

Before submitting the form, make sure that you have entered the correct data:

• correct addresses: pickup and delivery addresses; you can edit the pickup address in the form, but the delivery address is completed based on the data provided by the buyer;
• the number and type of shipments with the given parameters (in the case of several shipments of different dimensions, use the Add Parcel button)
• the exact parameters of the shipment (in case of inconsistency with the actual dimensions/weight, additional fees may be charged by the carrier)
• cargo insurance: after clicking the button, enter the value of the goods for which insurance is to be calculated)
• for ADR goods, select the Declaration of hazardous materials option, and then enter the UN number
• in the Comments field, you can add a comment, such as additional instructions for collection

If the data is correct, select the "Shipping Assistant from merXu" button. A message about sending a shipping quote will appear.

The shipping offer is then being prepared by the merXu team.
When the offer will be ready, merXu will send a notification and information about the ready quote will appear in the conversation.
Our team may also contact you by e-mail or phone in the meantime to arrange additional details.
To send a ready-made offer to the buyer (including a shipping quote), use the Send Offer button. 

Booking a courier will be possible once the buyer confirms the offer.
