Analogowy terminal wejściowy EL3356 umożliwia bezpośrednie podłączenie mostka rezystancyjnego lub czujnika wagowego w technologii 4- lub 6-przewodowej. Stosunek między napięciem mostka UD a napięciem zasilania UREF jest określany jednocześnie w obwodzie wejściowym, a końcowa wartość obciążenia jest obliczana jako wartość procesowa na podstawie ustawień w terminalu. Dzięki automatycznej autokalibracji (którą można wyłączyć) i filtrom dynamicznym, terminal z cyklami pomiarowymi 10 ms może być używany do powolnego ważenia z wysoką precyzją.
