The MAAD ZW-1300 / 0.8 machine is ideal for roofing treatments such as gutters and downspouts.Thanks to the use of proven and durable technical solutions, the machine can be used for many years without failure.
The ZW-1300 / 0.8 bending machine is a machine used for coiling and bending cylindrical pipes, tapered pipes with low taper, gutters and all kinds of metal sheets up to a thickness of 0.80 mm and tensile strength Rm up to 400 MPa.
The main working elements of the coiler are 3 shafts.Two of them located in the front part of the machine (upper and lower) perform the function of pulling the rolled sheet metal.The third, at the back of the device, the so-called loose thanks to the adjustment of the position, it gives the appropriate diameter of the processed sheet.
Thanks to the additional milling in the upper shaft, it is possible to make locks for downpipes on the winder.The upper shaft, detachable on one side, allows for quick removal of the workpiece.An additional chain transmission in the coiler, which drives the idler shaft, improves the working parameters during coiling.
