Thermodur is a metallic plastic dispersion with a high solids content.It forms a protective glossy film with excellent properties.Thermodur is a high-value basic treatment, highly resistant to trampling, repellent dirt, resistant to wiping and safe for walking.The treatment emulsion is resistant to surface cleaners with a disinfecting effect.

Area of application: It is applicable to floor coverings after basic cleaning, which are water-resistant, such asPVC, rubber, linoleum, absorbent natural or artificial stone, etc.For floor coverings with a utility layer of PU or PE, an adhesion test must be carried out before installation.

Procedure:

Apply the product after successful basic cleaning and a short drying time.We recommend Rivamat, Copex or Li-Ex for perfect floor cleaning.Apply Thermodur thinly, eg with a flat clean mop and immediately spread on the floor.The wax dries very quickly, if the floor is heated, spreading is necessary very quickly.Depending on the absorbency of the floor covering, apply 2-3 layers at a time interval of approx. 30 minutes.After drying (approx. 30 min.) Apply a second layer of Thermodur and let it dry properly for approx. 3 hours.

For subsequent floor washing, we recommend the daily cleaning agent manufactured by Kiehl, so that the floor is long-lasting (Keradet, Torvan, Econa or Veriprop).Highly resistant to trampling and wiping with disinfectant cleaning agents.It repels dirt and is safe to walk on, does not slip.Use on PVC, linoleum, marmoleum, natural or artificial stone, etc.Wax removal is easy with Kiehl cleaners (Copex, Li-Ex).

Avoid drying the product in the mop, close the canister well immediately after use.

Consumption per m2: 25 ml per layer (5 l canister per 200 m2 of one layer) Do not dilute.
