Hybrid thyristor switches are intended for switching power capacitors, which thanks to their operation gain significantly increased service life.The capacitors are switched on with zero potential difference between the network and the capacitor.As a result, the starting current is equal to the rated current.It reduces the current surge phenomenon and protects against voltage drop in the network caused by high initial current of charging the capacitors. LH thyristor switches are resistant to partial voltage dips, unlike traditional contactors, where contact flickering may occur, thus failure of the system, and sometimes even fire.Thyristor switches ensure dynamic compensation and stable operation of the system, thus significantly increasing its service life.LH connectors work with most regulators available on the market.
