The main working elements of the coiler are 3 shafts.Two of them located in the front part of the machine (upper and lower) perform the function of pulling the rolled sheet metal.The third, at the back of the device, the so-called loose thanks to the adjustment of the position, it gives the appropriate diameter of the processed sheet.The idler roller is supported by two roller carriages mounted on the bogie frame, which moves with the roller during its adjustment.Such a design solution prevents the shaft from deforming during sheet coiling.

Thanks to the additional milling in the upper shaft, it is possible to make locks for downpipes on the winder.The upper shaft, detachable on one side, allows for quick removal of the workpiece.An additional chain transmission in the coiler, which drives the idler shaft, improves the working parameters during coiling.

The use of the inverter in the electrical system allows for a stepless adjustment of the rotational speed of the working shafts from the inverter's front plate or the potentiometer located at the machine's control pedals (activating left and right rotation).You do not need a three-phase power supply to drive the coiler - the power supply is single-phase 230 V.

The machine is equipped with a safety switch and has a declaration of conformity with European Union standards.
