A set of materials for making an assembly triangle.
We cut the first angle into parts with lengths 140cm and 60cm.These elements form the right side of a triangle.
We cut the second angle into parts of length 150cm and 50cm.This longer element forms the hypotenuse of the triangle.
We drill holes fi 10 at the ends of the elements and fasten them with M10x25 screws and flange nuts.
The remaining element of the angle bracket 50cm can be used as a vertical brace, e.g. screwed to another element, e.g. the angle bracket connecting the 2 triangles with each other.(this connector is NOT included)
NOTE: the angle 23 degrees is optimal to avoid losses due to the angle and yet the distance between the next row of panels is not large.Additionally, such a smaller angle results in lower tear-off forces of the entire structure.
The triangle can be used to mount panels in a vertical arrangement even with a length of 212 cm.Of course, you need to use 40x40 profiles and clamps (we buy them separately)
The angle of the panels can be modified by changing the length of the elements.
For example, for an angle of 45 degrees, we cut both legs to a length of 1 meters, and the hypotenuse to a length of 142 cm.
What is important is solid installation to the roof structure, not to the roof covering.We mount on typical double threads or on threaded pins M10
