Due to the amendment of the Act, from 01.01.2018r. a ban on independent installation of stationary Split, Multisplit, VRF air conditioners and other devices containing fluorinated greenhouse gases is in force.

The installation may only be performed by a professional installation company or a person with a valid F-gas certificate!

Conditions of distance purchase of air conditioning or other devices containing fluorinated greenhouse gases:

1.Zakup by an individual customer who does not have the appropriate qualifications and an F-gas certificate.The customer is obliged to indicate a specific installation company (an individual or legal person with an F-GAS certificate) in the statement sent by us after the purchase or to present an agreement concluded with a certified installation company/individual with an appropriate F-GAS certificate.
2.Purchase by a certified Installer who declares that he or she has an appropriate certificate in accordance with the Regulation and provides the certificate number in the declaration or sends a scan of the certificate.
3.Purchase by an air conditioning dealer who states that the product purchased is intended for resale.
We reserve that the purchased product will be sent only after receiving a scan of the required documents.In the event of failure to send the above-mentioned documents, the seller considers the transaction invalid and has the right to cancel the order, and is obliged to return all funds paid by the customer to the account from which the payment was received.
