SKŪVVĒR IZOLĒTAS SKŪVGRAUDZI 1000V ELEKTRISKĀ KRUSTAM PH0 x 60
K&K VDE insulated screwdrivers for working under voltage up to 1000 V.
The screwdriver tips are made of CrVMo alloy steel, which allows the blade to be hardened to at least 56 HRC after heat treatment, which ensures adequate strength and durability and a much longer service life than the products of competing brands. The treatment used increases corrosion resistance and guarantees precise fit of the screwdriver to the screw socket.
The tip insulation is made of high-quality polypropylene, resistant to weather conditions and temperatures from -20 to 50 C, with very good insulating properties and high mechanical strength, which ensures full operational safety. All screwdrivers are puncture tested according to the IEC 60900 standard.
The 2-component handle is made of high-quality polypropylene, resistant to weather conditions and temperatures from -20 to 50 C, with very good insulating properties and high mechanical strength, which ensures full work safety. Additionally, the handle grip is covered with a several-millimeter layer of anti-slip rubber, which ensures a firm grip and quick and comfortable work. The handle geometry has been computer-designed and is perfectly suited to the shape of the hand. The hole in the handle allows you to mount the screwdrivers on a peg board.
Individual testing by immersion. All screwdrivers are tested for breakdown in accordance with the IEC 60900 standard. The ten times higher measuring load of 10,000 V guarantees safe operation at the maximum permissible voltage of 1,000 V. The screwdrivers we produce can withstand a voltage of 20,000 V during breakdown tests. The shapes and dimensions of the screwdrivers meet the requirements of the following standards: PN-ISO 2380-1:2001, PN-ISO 8764-1:2003, PN-ISO 8764-2:2003, IEC 60900 (PN-EN-60900).
