Where can I find information about the status of my purchase payment?

You can see your payment status on the Order page.

To do this, go to your merXu account and from the menu on the left, select 'Purchases' HERE. There you will find a list of all your orders. Once you have selected a specific order, you will see the payment status in the 'Payment' section. Here, you will also be able to retry payment if necessary.
