Is it possible to get the refund when the Transaction was concluded and failed afterwards?

The transaction fee is non-refundable, including in the event:

  1. that the Buyer or the Seller withdraws from the Transaction or withdraws from the Transaction in part,
  2. when the Buyer or the Seller terminate the sale contract, including when one of them terminates the contract or evades the effects of the declaration of will,,
  3. of a complaint made concerning the Product,
  4. of suspension or deletion of an Account on the Platform. 

If you think a sale on your list didn't actually happen or its value and commission fee are incorrect you can challenge it. 

To submit your request you must use your dashboard exclusively and:    

- Let us know what your objections are.   

- Give us proof or a good reason to believe the sale didn't happen (f.e. a correction invoice) or that the value of the sale and the fee are wrong.
