[merXu Protected Payments] How to pay for purchases by bank transfer

You can pay for company purchases via bank transfer. And we protect your payment with merXu Protected Payments.

How it's working?

  1. When finalizing the transaction, you select the merXu Protected Payments payment option and select "Bank transfer" from the list of available mPP payment methods.
  2. You receive detailed data for making the transfer
  3. You go to your bank account and make the transfer yourself to the indicated details
  4. The seller receives information from merXu that the funds have been transferred to the merXu Protected Account and that he can start shipping the goods
  5. You receive information from merXu that your funds are deposited in a safe merXu Protected Payments
  6. The seller receives information from merXu that the funds have been transferred to the merXu account
  7. After receiving the goods, you inform merXu via chat chat or order summary that the ordered product has arrived and merXu can pay the funds to the seller
  8. merXu orders the payment of funds from the merXu Protected Payments account to the seller's bank account

What type of wire transfer should I choose to properly deposit funds into my merXu Protected Payments account?

      1. Domestic transfer when the offer and transaction will be in PLN currency:

  • When you have an account with a Polish bank

      2. SEPA transfer when the offer and transaction will be in EUR currency:

  • When you have an account with a bank that is in a Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) country: As of January 2024, SEPA has 36 member countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, the Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden, 3 EEA countries Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, as well as Switzerland, Monaco and the United Kingdom remains a SEPA country despite Brexit.

          3. SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) transfer when the bid and transaction will be in one of the currencies: CZK, HUF, RON)

  • When you have a bank account in the above-mentioned currencies in any bank regardless of the country
  • When making a SWIFT transfer, select the OUR cost option - all costs are covered by the sender. The beneficiary will receive the full amount set in the order.
