1. What is the "First purchase" promotion all about?
merxu transfers back to your account 50 EUR after your completely first purchase or after your first purchase made from October 1, 2023 on merxu.
2. Who can participate in the "First purchase" promotion?
Any buyer with an active account on merxu, regardless of the country in which he runs his business (all EU countries).
3. What conditions must a purchase on merxu meet in order to receive a refund from merxu under the "First purchase" promotion?
- order made between 26.06.2024-31.07.2024 (the date can be modified by the organizer)
- the net amount of the order, not including transportation costs, must be a minimum of 1000 EUR
- the buyer must register for the promotion within max. 30 days from the date of placing the order
- the buyer has sent a final invoice (not a proforma!) for participation in the promotion
4. How to submit your order for "First purchase" promotion?
- upload the final invoice in merxu chat in the order panel on the right side of merxu.
- to be able to upload an invoice the seller shall specify the delivery costs in the particular order and you as the buyer must confirm the order (purchase) by clicking on the "BUY" button. Please find more information about the order process HERE.
- Please remember to fill in HERE in your merXu account the number of your company bank account, to which we may pay you a refund of EUR 50 as part of the "First purchase" promotion ( My merXu > Settings > Company Profile)
- First purchase" promotion is combined with our "Free delivery" promotion .
- You can take advantage of this promotion only once.
