What is GRAM- BOX?

In existing solutions, the disadvantage is the need to place weights on roof surfaces where a large mass of transported elements with sharp edges can damage the roof surface.

The GRAM-BOX assembly system is a revolutionary solution to the presented problems.GRAM-BOX is a patented solution for a ballast tank made of plastic with very high mechanical strength and resistance to external factors.In contrast to the known solutions, GRAM-BOX is characterized by a low weight (less than 4 kg) which allows it to be easily transported while maintaining durability, mechanical strength, structural stability and no sharp edges that could mechanically damage the roof surface .

Functionality and ease of assembly

The tank is pre-filled with an appropriate amount of anti-freezing concentrate during the production process.At the assembly site, in order to determine the appropriate weight of ballast adapted to the structure being made, the tank is filled with mains water (max. 60L).Low weight, high load capacity and stability as well as ergonomic shape without sharp edges enable the use of the GRAM-BOX system on flat roofs, but also on sloping roofs with a slope of up to 10o.The GRAM-BOX system can also be installed on the ground.

The GRAM-BOX system is adapted to the installation of all photovoltaic panels available on the market, regardless of the type, size and power.Thanks to its features, assembly can be performed much faster and its time can be shortened even by 80% compared to previous solutions.Installation of the panels can be performed even by one fitter and the cost of transport to the installation site is much cheaper.
