Moulder ZB-1.5 - Set on a Stand - used for gouging, flanging, crimping and bending all kinds of sheets up to a thickness of 1.5 mm.The working elements of the grooving machine are sets of rollers mounted on shafts.Each set of rollers makes a different profile from the sheet.The rollers are mounted on two shafts.Adjusting the distance between two rollers and the longitudinal shift of the upper shaft relative to the lower one affects the shape of the grooved sheet profile. The ZB-1.5 grooving machine is a device used for processing steel sheets up to 1.5 mm thick, copper, aluminum, etc.It is perfect for bending sheet metal edges, kneading them or spinning them.The wide spectrum of operation ensures application in many areas of industry, from sheet metal renovation to finishing elements of the gutter system, and ending with all ventilation fittings.
