NOTE: the durability of batteries is greatly influenced by the degree of load.Batteries heavily loaded, i.e. from 0 to 100% and with full permissible current, have reduced durability.
Therefore, to achieve the durability of 6000 cycles, we do not discharge completely, but leave at least 10% energy, we do not charge to 100%,, but we charge to 90% energy (i.e. in practice we use 80% capacity, i.e. 4,6kWh, let's load the current no higher than 0,5C (i.e. 50A).We avoid negative temperatures.
Communication is set in the inverter, if it has such capabilities.The instructions for the energy storage device include a list of compatible inverters.However, the CAN protocol in which communication is to occur is not fully standardized and certain commands do not work by design. Therefore, we always recommend setting the battery parameters in the inverter manually.This ensures proper operation.In extreme cases, CAN communication may incorrectly read the battery and, as a result, lead to incorrect use (e.g. constant maintenance of the minimum voltage, which has a negative impact on durability, or constant recharging to the maximum).
NOTE: Due to cost, weight and safety reasons, we only ship these energy storage units on pallets/half pallets
