Execution: Corundum (A 24, A 30, A 46, A 60) with a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin bond.Standard bore 22.23 mm.

Application: for processing steel.Perfect for cutting sheet metal, profiles and solid steel material, making breakthroughs.The thin cutting discs (1.0-1.9 mm thick) are optimal for fast, comfortable, barbless cutting, the 2.4 mm thick blade is universally applicable, and the blade is 3.0 to 3.2 thick mm for highest tool life with high lateral stability.

Tip: The clamping flange is recommended for safer machining with higher lateral stability for the cutting blade from Ø 178 mm.

Important note on working with stainless steel.

When processing stainless steel , it is recommended to use tools that do not contain iron and sulfur compounds. Tools previously used for machining normal steel are not suitable for machining stainless steel.Normal steel remains on the tool.These residues damage any type of stainless steel alloy and can corrode the stainless steel workpiece.Even sparks from machining normal steel can destroy stainless steel alloys and cause corrosion.
