Type: centering up to 3.70 mm diameter, double-sided with full tip 90 °, above with internal centering, with straight shank for standard hydraulic chucks or precision chuck holders.Due to the tight tolerance of the shank, a much higher clamping accuracy is achieved.With straight shank, tolerance h6.Uncoated surface.
Manufacturing tolerances for reamers:
- full diameters as well as 1/10-mm dimensions H7,
- 1/100 dimensions from 1.01 to 5.03 mm diameter 0.000 / + 0.004 mm, above the diameter 5.03 mm 0.000 / + 0.005 mm.
Application: for reaming through holes, thanks to its short chamfer (from 3.8 mm) it is also conditionally suitable for drilling blind holes.
