The Lopi microprocessor reactive power factor regulators are the result of the work and experience of Lopi engineers and a response to the current market needs.The controller with effective algorithms ensures optimal operation of the reactive power compensation system, and thus effective minimization of costs incurred for reactive energy .Reactive power regulators are used to control capacitor banks and shunt reactor batteries as part of reactive power compensation processes.This process consists in measuring the network parameters and then, by using thyristor switches or contactors, switching on the appropriate component of the compensation system in order to ensure the desired cosφ. Lopi reactive power regulators have a wide range of applications, as they are designed to work in automatic reactive power compensation systems, both inductive and capacitive .The device is available in 6- and 12-step versions with network parameter measurement in one or three phases.This enables optimal adjustment - depending on the number of stages, the design power of the battery and the symmetry of the load.
