Heavy precision design This is a clamp with high clamping force and long service life.The handle weldment is made of stainless steel, heat treated to 800 - 1000 MPa.Clamp webs, tie rods and pins are made of nitrocement material and hardened to 60 HRC.All clamps are blackened.The main application is for heavily stressed jigs for milling or welding, eg in the automotive industry.
