Type: drilling depth up to 55 mm, with 19 mm Weldon shank, CBN deep ground, right-hand cut.
Application: for use in magnetic or pillar drilling machines with Morse taper seat.The core drill bit only cuts a thin ring of material.The remaining core is pushed through the ejector pin by the force of the spring.The chips are quickly discharged to the outside, minimizing the risk of tool breakage.Even large drill hole diameters require relatively little energy.Compared to a twist drill, the core drill cuts only a small part of the total area.As a result, very high energy and time savings are achieved.
