The YATO fryer is particularly suitable for deep frying:

The 6.0kW heater is controlled by the potentiometer located on the control panel.It is possible to set the operating temperature in the range 60 ~ 200 ° C .Installed splash-proof switch allows you to turn off the device without disconnecting the power cord from the mains. The removable heater can be hung on a special holder in a position where the dripping oil is returned to the tank .The fryer has additional protection , which automatically turns off the heater when it is removed from the tank.Additional protection protects it from overheating at temperatures above 260 ° C .

A particularly useful feature of the YATO fryer is the use of the so-called "cold zone" , i.e. the purge between the heater and the bottom of the tank.This function takes advantage of the phenomenon where the heat generated by the heater rises and heats the oil.On the other hand, the oil temperature is lower under the heater.As a result, crumbs and food remains falling to the bottom of the tank are stored in oil at a lower temperature and do not burn.

Additionally, the YATO fryer has a drain tap that allows the oil to be drained from the tank.This is a particularly useful feature that makes oil changes very quick.In addition, it allows old oil to be poured directly into the canister, thus minimizing the risk of spilling it.

Both the housing and the lid that comes with the fryer are made of high quality stainless steel .Thanks to this, the fryer is quick to clean and keep clean.

The YATO fryer has a very durable basket size 270x480x90mm with side handles.On the other hand, special hooks make it possible to hang the basket directly above the tank, minimizing the risk of oil splash on the worktop.This significantly increases the cleanliness of the workplace and minimizes the time needed for cleaning.In addition, the fryer has a side drainer, on which you can leave the fried products to cool and drain.
