EI 30 Classic fire doors
Fire doors are used for vertical separation of fire zones in warehouses, production halls, boiler rooms, as well as public utility buildings such as schools and hospitals.
As standard, the door is equipped with a lock with an insert for a construction key (can be replaced with a patent insert) and black handle-handle fittings.
It is not necessary to specify the opening direction as the door is reversible, which means that it can be installed as right or left.
The door is equipped with a rating plate confirming fire resistance.The plate is placed on the inner side of the leaf or the frame, it is visible after opening the door.
Technical characteristics of the Classic steel door
- The door leaf is made of galvanized steel sheet, thick. 0.7 mm, 54 mm thick sash, powder coated in gray RAL 7035;
- Universal steel corner frame, thickness 1.5 mm with a recess for the swelling gasket in gray RAL 7035;
- Filling with mineral wool with a density of 150 kg / m3;
- Fire intumescent gasket in the frame;
- < li> 2 homologated hinges DIN standard, one of them is equipped with a spring with semi-automatic closing, allowing the opening of the leaf by an angle of 180 degrees.
- One anti-theft point.
- Sash weight - 25 / kg / m2.

The door, including the frame, can be painted on the customer's request (for an additional fee) in any color from the RAL palette.
Optionally, the door can be equipped with additional elements, such as:
- Door closers
- Panic fittings

- Class C inserts
- Additional lock
- Rectangular and circular glazing
- Internal and covering frames and others.
