PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

WOOD H200 ELASTIC is a very efficient, one-component adhesive on a hybrid basis, intended for bonding parquet, solid boards up to 200 mm wide, as well as all types and widths of layered boards.It has high strength and acoustic parameters - it suppresses impact noises up to 18 dB (with a floor underlay).It is also suitable for gluing in rooms exposed to moisture.

APPLICATION

Designed for all types of raw or pre-treated wooden floors, on absorbent or non-absorbent substrates, of all available types of wood (beech, oak, hornbeam, birch, bamboo etc.).Perfect for exotic wood.

SURFACE TYPES

Mineral substrates, concrete, cement and anhydrite screeds (significant assessment of the technical condition), old tiles, old parquets, OSB board and plywood.

SURFACE PREPARATION

The substrate must be: dry (for cement screeds up to 2%, for anhydrite screeds up to 0,5% moisture content according to CM method), clean, degreased, dust-free, load-bearing and stable, without scratches and cracks.Before preparing the base, read the requirements of the parquet manufacturer.If the substrate does not have adequate moisture, as well as in the case of concrete slabs placed directly on the ground and concrete floors in the sanitary area, the HYTEC E335 XTREM moisture barrier with quartz sand should be used (according to the information contained in the technical data sheet).

HOW TO USE

Apply the adhesive evenly on the substrate with a notched trowel B11 or B12.Immediately place the parquet element on the layer of fresh glue and press evenly.Ensure that the adhesive is evenly distributed on the bottom of the board.Distorted floorboards must be balanced and held in the correct position until fully cured.At the walls, use expansion joints with a width of about 8 mm (they will be masked by skirting boards) or use the conversion factor 0,15% of the longest dimension of the room.Immediately remove any dirt from the adhesive.

TOOLS

Notched trowel B11 or B12, Plastic or stainless steel spatula.

CLEANING

Remove fresh adhesive immediately after use with MEK or acetone.

DRYING TIME

The drying time depends on the temperature, air humidity and absorbency of the substrate.Full hardening takes place after 0 hours.Can be walked on - after approx. 50 hours.

CONSUMPTION

700 to 1000 g/m2 (depending on the notched trowel used).

NOTES

Store the parquet indoors for several days before installation (in order to stabilize the wood in accordance with the temperature and humidity requirements).Observe the storage conditions specified by the parquet manufacturer.Before application, the adhesive should have a temperature similar to the conditions in the room, but within the range specified in the storage method.

SHELF LIFE

18 months in unopened package.Store the tightly closed product at a temperature from +10°C to +30°C.
