PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FOAM'N'FILL WINTER PRO B3 P525 is a one-component, low-pressure polyurethane winter foam for assembly, insulation and sealing applications.The foam bonds under the influence of a chemical reaction with the moisture in the air and building materials.

APPLICATIONS

• Installation of window or door frames, window sills, roller shutters and similar finishing elements made of wood, steel, aluminum, PVC e.t.c.

• Filling cracks and gaps in joints between elements of building partitions, partitions, partitions

• Filling of clearances, passages and furrows for pipes and conduits in walls, ceilings and roofs

• Filling roof joints, gaps around chimneys and roof windows

• Filling gaps between EPS, XPS, PU insulation boards in thermal insulation systems for external walls and foundations

SURFACE TYPES

Very good adhesion for most construction materials, e.g. concrete, aerated concrete, porous ceramics, silicates, gypsum, stone, plasterboard, plaster, varnished or impregnated wood, MDF, HDF, chipboard, steel, aluminum, PVC, PU, PES and plastics similar type.

SURFACE PREPARATION

In order to increase the adhesion strength, accelerate the setting time of the foam and improve its structure, moisten the substrate with water using a sprayer before application.Does not apply to work at ambient or surface temperatures below 0°C.The substrate must be clean and degreased.It cannot be covered with ice or frost.Before using on plastic surfaces or paint coatings, it is recommended to carry out an adhesion test.Smooth surfaces made of plastics, enameled or glazed require particularly careful degreasing with solvent-based agents.In some cases, the adhesion can be improved by additional sanding of the surface (matting).
