What requirements must be met in order to be able to participate in the program?
You can participate in the Program if:
- the payment method of the Transaction to which the application relates is an electronic payment made available on the merXu platform.
- You can participate in the Program if you have contacted the Seller to solve the problem regarding the Transaction on your own before applying to the Program and it did not bring any result.
- You can use the Program if you have your habitual residence in one of the member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
