1. Registration


Are you ready to join the global community of merXu users? Registering for an account is quick and easy.

Just visit the REGISTRATION page and click the "Register" button located in the top right corner of the homepage. Then, simply fill out the form provided with your company's contact details, including your e-mail address and telephone number, as well as your VAT/TAX ID and the country in which your company is registered.


Your e-mail address is crucial for logging in to your account, receiving notifications about the registration and verification process, and receiving marketing information from merXu. Choose whether you want to be a Buyer, Seller, or both, and provide a telephone number for order processing.

After entering all of your information, read and accept the Terms and Conditions and select your preferred marketing consents. Then, click the "CREATE ACCOUNT" button to finish setting up your account.

To activate your account, simply click the "ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT" button in the welcome message sent to your e-mail address. It's important to note that this link will only work for 24 hours, so act quickly!

Once you've set your password, you'll be able to log in and start buying on the merXu platform. We'll take a moment to verify your information and activate your account, which usually takes up to 20 minutes. You'll receive a separate e-mail notifying you when your account is ready to use.


2. Sales activation

Sales activation with verification transfer

If you're from Czech Republic, Poland, or Slovakia, simply verify through a "penny transfer" of 1 EUR/1 PLN from your company bank account.

Making a verification transfer is an essential step in becoming a verified seller on merXu. It helps to ensure the safety and security of the platform for all users and establishes trust between you and the platform.


  1. Go to merXu Account Panel > Settings > Company profile or click HERE

  2. Complete a simple form with general information such as: company address.

  3. Add company bank account number with your country prefix, necessarily without spaces. Select currency and save the changes made.

  4. The data will be successfully updated, but your company still need to be verified.

  5. Click the "Verify company button" and make a verification transfer in the amount of EUR 1,00 or in your local currency. After the verification is completed, the entire amount will be returned to your bank account.

  6. To make a verification transfer select language and choose a payment method that is convenient for you:

  • BLIK - Polish fast payment method

  • Bank transfer

  • Payment card.

  1. If you select 'Bank transfer' you will find various banks you can use. By clicking on one of them you will be taken to a card with payment information.

  2. Select a language and you will see the currency of the amount to be transferred and the title of the transfer.

  3. Click on "Positive authorisation" button and then the "Continue" button.

  4. Finally, log out and log back in to merXu. If you have followed all the steps correctly, your sale will be activated within 24 hours.

For sellers from other EU countries, the merXu Customer Success Team will manually verify your account based on certain documents.

By completing the verification process, you're also demonstrating your commitment to doing legitimate business on the platform. This builds trust between you and merXu, which can lead to increased sales and a better reputation for you as a seller.


If you're a seller from an EU country other than the Czech Republic, Poland, or Slovakia and want to activate sales on merXu, you'll need to go through a manual verification process.

This involves submitting certain documents to the merXu Customer Success Team for review.

To get started, you'll need an official document from your bank confirming that the IBAN you're providing is the company bank account. This can be a bank statement from your corporate account that's no older than 30 days and includes your company name and address, or an official bank certificate with your company name and address that's also no older than 30 days.

How and where to add the attachment with the required document?

  1. Log in to your merXu account

  2. Go to: my merXu > settings > Company Profile & click on “Verify company”

  3. Select the relevant documents

  4. You can edit the uploaded file

  5. Add the required document and click "Finish"

  6. You will be inform, if the merxu customer success team will approve your account and change account status to “verified”.

!You should log out & log in after status changing , to update the account status after changes.

  5. Lastly, seal the deal by clicking the "Confirm" button.

4. Listing offers

Listing your offers on merXu is a breeze!

With several listing options available, you can choose the one that suits your needs the most. Here are the options:

Manual listing


With just a few clicks, you can easily create a product listing and get started with selling.

To get started, simply visit our form HERE or go to My merXu > Product Catalogue > Create offer. Then, fill out the simple form with the following information:

  1. Product ID (mandatory field) — assign a unique code for your product, consisting of letters and/or numbers.

  2. Category (mandatory field) — choose a category from our list to accurately describe your product.

  3. Product name — choose a name that will make your product stand out to customers.

  4. Product description — provide a detailed description of your product to increase its chances of selling.

  5. Product parameters — define any additional parameters that may be relevant to the buyer.

  6. Product photos — you can add up to 10 photos, each with a maximum weight of 2 MB. Photos may not infringe copyright or industrial property, contain watermarks or contain reflections. Additional photos may show the product in use, close-ups of its important functions, packaging, accessories out of the box and transformations — composite, unfolded, open, closed, etc;

You can load photos one at a time or select an entire folder.

  1. YouTube video — if you have a video about the product or how to use it, etc., you can post it in the form;

  2. Status — the offer will be visible to Buyers after setting the status to “Active”;

  3. Stock - the offer will be visible to Buyers after setting the status to “Active”

-        Sell in multiply of — if you sell a product in packs of e.g. 12 pieces, indicate that the quantity can be increased by the whole set (12 pieces) and not, e.g. by 1 piece.

  1. Pricing

-        Unit — you can choose: m3, kg, l, m, pcs, m2

-        Currency — you can choose currencies PLN, CZK, EUR, RON, HUF

-        Net price — enter the net price of your product

-        VAT rate — select the appropriate rate

-        Tier price — add price levels to show that the price is more attractive when buying multiple pieces

-        Special price — select the appropriate time period in which you would like the special price of a given product to appear

  1. Shipping

You can prepare your individual shipping price lists, add carriers, also for foreign markets. 

If you do not use the prepared shipping price lists, you can enter the price list manually by specifying:

-        Shipment country — select from the list the country from which you plan to ship. By default, the country where your company is registered is selected.

-        Shipping price per item — you can enter the shipping price right from the form or leave this issue until individual arrangements with the Buyer

-        Shipping time — you can also postpone this point into individual arrangements with the Buyer.

-        Destination countries — countries to which you plan to send your products. The list includes all countries where merXu operates.

Step 5: Handling Image File Names (Optional)

  1. If your file contains image file names instead of URLs, select the folder where your product images are stored.This step is optional if your file already contains image URLs.

Step 6: Uploading Your Offers

  1. Once you've completed the necessary selections, click on the "Upload" button.Sit back and watch your offers soar!

Step 7: Checking the Status of Your Upload

  1. To check the status of your upload, click on the "here" or visit the "Data import" tab.

  2. Monitor the progress of your upload and ensure that everything is processed successfully.

Pro Tip: Uploading More Offers

If you want to upload additional offers, follow these steps:

  1. Look for the "Upload offers" button located on the right side of either the "My products" or "Data import" tabs.

  2. Repeat the steps mentioned above to upload more offers.

How to Upload Offers on merXu through API


Step 1: Generate Application Access Credentials.

Before you begin the integration, you need to generate your application access credentials. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your merXu account.

  2. Go to "My merXu" and navigate to "Settings."

  3. In the "Integration settings" section, click on "Client credentials: Generate new client credentials.

  4. "Fill in your application name in the "Client id" field. Remember, this should be a unique name for your application.

  5. In the "Client secret" field, enter a password of your choice. The password should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long.

  • Must include a special character, a number, and a capital letter.

Once you've filled in the necessary details, click on the "Generate" button. These access credentials are generated only once for each integration, regardless of the number of users or queries executed. Please note that the access credentials should be kept secure and not shared with anyone.
