What does a given payment status mean?

Below you will find a table with possible payment statuses. Check:

Payment cancelled

The payment was canceled. The buyer can repeat the payment. 

Payment failed

There was a problem with the payment. Such a problem may be too low limit, insufficient funds, wrong authorization, etc. The buyer can repeat the payment.

Waiting for funds to be booked

The buyer approved the payment, but the funds have not yet reached a secure account. Wait to ship the goods.

Payment in progress

The buyer has started the payment process. Everything is going in the right direction, but wait to ship the goods until the payment status changes to Funds hold on Protected Payments account

Funds hold on Protected Payments account

The funds are waiting safely in your merXu Protected Payments account. You can ship the goods to the buyer.

Pending release from merXu Protected Payments

The buyer has confirmed receipt of the goods. We order the withdrawal of funds to your account. 

Payment completed

Payment completed. The funds will soon be credited to your account.
